Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Saia-burgess-/-Ledex A-46784-001 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Warrick products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Warrick product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Warrick such as the 1G2D0A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3TK28050AG2 manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1H2D0 by Manufacturer Warrick as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Siemens Brand 6DD16840BH2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tiese such as AR96409000 equipment made by Tiese have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tiese products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tiese" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available FC40064 made by Struthers-Dunn as well as the popular 16DMB1B0 original spares produced by Warrick

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CLASS9055 by Square-D and AR96409000 spares by Tiese are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6ES73401AH020AE0 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens.
